How much does custom software development cost?

The custom softwares we have built, they fall between $8,000 - $22,000 Web & Mobile Application. Every business has different requirement based on how they run their business, so we do not have a fixed price list. What we do is listen to your requirements, scope the work properly and provide a detailed quote with no hidden extras. How much do your subscription software products cost?

Our subscription products are priced per asset or per user, per month. Pricing starts from as little as $9 per asset per month depending on the product and plan. There are no setup fees, no onboarding charges and no lock-in contracts. You pay monthly, and you can cancel at any time. We do charge for some features if no one else is using it in the same industry.

Can you customise your subscription products for my specific needs?

Yes. While our subscription products are designed to work out of the box for most operators in that industry, we understand that some businesses have unique requirements. We offer customisation at an agreed hourly or project rate. Any custom feature we build for you is added to the platform permanently, you are not paying a licensing fee every month just to use something we already built for you.

What if I need a feature that does not exist in your current product?

Tell us. We actively develop our products based on feedback from real customers. If the feature is something that would benefit the wider user base, we will often build it as part of our roadmap at no extra cost to you. If it is highly specific to your business, we can quote it as a custom add-on. Either way, we will never tell you to just work around something that is genuinely getting in your way.

Is there a lock-in contract on your subscription products?

No. All of our subscription products are month-to-month with no lock-in contracts. We believe if our software is genuinely helping your business, you will stay because you want to not because you signed something three years ago. Cancel at any time from your account settings with no cancellation fees and no questions asked.

Is there any downtime? What happens if your system goes down?

We run on high-availability infrastructure with servers synchronised and replicated across multiple data centres. Our platform is engineered so that your operations never stop. In the unlikely event of a component failure, automatic failover kicks in within seconds. We target 99.9% uptime across all our subscription products and publish our uptime statistics transparently. Your business will not be held up by a system outage on our end.

Where is my data stored? Is it safe?

All data is stored on Australian servers and never leaves Australia. We are fully compliant with the Australian Privacy Act. All data is encrypted in transit using 256-bit SSL and encrypted at rest. Payments are processed through Stripe's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure. We take data security seriously because we know your business data is not just numbers, it is your livelihood.

Where is your support team based? Can I get face-to-face help?

Our support team is based in Melbourne, Australia. For customers in Melbourne and Victoria, we can arrange face-to-face support, onboarding sessions and training at your premises. For businesses across the rest of Australia and internationally, we provide full remote support via email, phone, Zoom and our ticketing system. We are not an offshore call centre, you will be dealing with the same team that built your software.

Is there a licensing fee for your subscription products?

No licensing fees, ever. You pay a flat monthly subscription and that is it. There are no per-transaction fees on top, no module unlock fees, no annual licensing charges and no fees for adding team members within your plan limits.
